Dear Members of Vedic Cultural and Spiritual Center of San Diego,
 
The Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of the Vedic Cultural and Spiritual Center of San Diego is scheduled to be held on Saturday July 26th , 2025 at 2.00pm 
 
All members are invited.
Please send your proxies for the meeting for quorum purposes, even if you are planning to attend the AGM.
Send an e-mail from your personal e-mail account with the following line:
“I appoint the SECRETARY of the VCSCSD as my proxy at AGM 2024 for Quorum purposes only.”

3. Proposed Amendment to Bylaws – Addition of Proxy Voting Provision
Resolved, that Article VI of the Bylaws, entitled “Member Meetings, Quorum, Elections, and Voting Rights,” be amended to include a new section titled “Proxy Voting,” for the purpose of defining the criteria and conditions under which a proxy shall be deemed valid.
4. Resolution to Initiate Bylaws Revision Process – Resolved

• that the President shall appoint a committee within the next 30 days to review and prepare proposed revisions and additions to the VCSCSD Bylaws, which were last updated in 2015.

• that the proposed amendments shall be presented to the Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors for discussion and approval.

• that the finalized proposed bylaws shall be distributed to the general membership no less than 30 days prior to the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

• that the revised bylaws shall be submitted to the membership for a vote and formal adoption at the 2026 AGM.
